Dr. Jang received his B.S. degree in Biological Science with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He then attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2015. He also has a Master of Dental Science (MDS) degree and a Certificate in Periodontics, both from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. His certifications and licenses include CODA accreditation in Advanced Education in Periodontics from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and a Certificate of Completion of the LANAP® Training Continuum for achievement of Fellowship from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry & Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Jang also helps provide dental services for those who otherwise might not receive them. His community service includes work at Shalom Dental Free Sunday Clinic for Foreign Workers in Busan, Korea, as well as the Taft Clinic and Give Kids A Smile, both at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Kim graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2015 with general honors, a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, and a minor in visual arts. He attended Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2021 before completing his general practice residency at Jersey City Medical Center.
Dr. Kim has completed continuing education courses in opioid analgesic use in dentistry, remote communication with patients, dentistry and the elderly, implant placement, and dental hypersensitivity. He has also made it a priority to assist others around the globe with volunteer work. For example, he has helped people in Guatemala and Mexico with inadequate food, mentored underperforming students, tutored dental students in a pre-clinic setting, and helped screen for COVID-19 and distributed N95 masks and other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during the onset of the crisis.

Dr. Mohebbi was born and raised in Romania to Iranian parents. She graduated from dental school in her home country and, in the hope of continuing her education at a higher level, she moved to the United States and went to Rutgers University. She was educated at “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Faculty of Dental Medicine in Bucharest, Romania, as well as at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. At the latter, she completed the Advanced Standing Program. Before coming to Newtown Smile Dentistry, she worked as a general dentist.
She strongly believes in teamwork and patient advocacy. She speaks English, Romanian, Iranian, French, and Spanish, as well as basic Turkish. Her skills include the following:

Outside of work, Dr. Mohebbi-Pour’s interests include skiing, traveling, watching movies, and playing piano.
Dr. Park received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Western Washington University and his dental degree from the University of Michigan’s School of Dentistry. He completed post-doctoral training and residency at the University of Rochester’s Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Before coming to Newtown Smile Dentistry, he was an assistant professor of clinical dentistry at the University of Rochester, teaching and supervising pediatric dental residents in the clinic and treating patients at the university faculty dental practice and in the OR.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is certified by the American Heart Association in basic life support and pediatric advanced life support. His other professional memberships include the American Dental Education Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Dental Association. He is licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, Washington, and Illinois.
Dr. Sungeun Stephanie Koo completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Brown University in Neuroscience and subsequently received her DMD at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. With a keen interest in the management of periodontal disease and implant surgeries, Dr. Koo pursued additional years of advanced training in Periodontics at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, along with the Masters in Dental Science.
Dr. Koo’s advanced training in surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy and dental implants qualifies her to care for a diverse range of dental needs from chronic periodontal disease to missing teeth. Her gentle approach to patient care and focus on patient’s individual needs put patients at ease throughout the journey in the dental chair.
Dr. Koo is a member of American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Northeast Society of Periodontists, and Connecticut Society of Periodontists.
Dr. Justine Inzero earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Boston University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
During dental school, Dr. Justine developed a strong passion for pediatric dentistry, leading her to complete specialized postdoctoral training. She completed her pediatric dental residency at Stony Brook University, serving as chief resident. There, she gained extensive experience treating children in both clinical and operating room settings.
Dr. Justine is also committed to community outreach and education. While in residency, she volunteered with the Give Kids a Smile program and delivered oral health education to local elementary schools. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Khattar was born in Lebanon and moved to Providence, Rhode Island at the age of three. Though raised in the nation's smallest state, he always had big aspirations, among them, becoming a dentist. From an early age, he was drawn to the opportunity to build trust with patients, create meaningful relationships, and be part of a collaborative healthcare team.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island. Before starting dental school, Dr. Khattar worked in the fast-paced hospitality industry as a server and bartender at a high-volume rooftop lounge—an experience that honed his communication skills and earned him the Employee of the Year award.
Dr. Khattar went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he also met his wife. He furthered his clinical training with a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in New York. There, he gained extensive experience treating patients with special needs and those from underserved communities, while also providing emergency and hospital-based dental care in a Level I trauma center.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Khattar enjoys weightlifting, discovering new restaurants, watching movies on the big screen, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
